workouts: for mind, body, and soul

had a great run yesterday. about a 4-miler - and i hit a really good pace. the heat was beating down on me, but i toughed it out. i've had a lot on my heart and mind lately, so it was good to take some of that out on the pavement.

its been another long day , so i guess i'll be punishing myself on the asphalt again this afternoon. wit my late lacking diet and need for pain, maybe i can finally cross that last hurdle in finally getting into serious running shape. ahh, the possibilities
